My top three goals upon starting the 6-month program were to eat more healthfully, manage stress, and work towards MY goals no matter what others may say. Gabby was able to help me work toward these goals by helping me to manage my stress when I was feeling overwhelmed. I would reach for easy solutions with my diet, such as unhealthy convenience foods. Working with Gabby helped me to focus in a holistic way by eating more healthful foods, managing the multitude of logistics in my life, and finding ways to manage stress in a positive way.  The biggest tangible change I have noticed since beginning the program has been I have been less stressed out because I’m eating in a more healthy way and I’m managing my stress by the tools Gabby gave me to help stay organized.



The most significant overall change I have noticed has been my ability to manage my healthful eating by keeping healthy foods within reach. I also broke the habit of eating unhealthy food at night. Now I reach for fruit as a snack when I feel the craving for something sugary. I’m also “eating the rainbow” and incorporating more vegetables and fruit in my diet. Gabby provides positive and supportive coaching based on science and strategies that are effective. She never admonished me when I strayed from my goals, but rather helped me to refocus with practical suggestions and tactics. She recognized that I am human and things would not always be perfect as I worked towards my goals. If I was off track one week, I could always get back on track the next week. I could always be honest with Gabby and would not feel judged. Gabby genuinely cares about her clients and their success. I would recommend my coach to anyone who needs support as they attempt to make positive changes in their lives.
